What this means is you don’t have to be skilled in using Photoshop or Illustrator or hire a designer to create visuals you want to share online. Canva and PicMonkey are just some of the design tools you can take advantage of.

Canva offers pre-designed templates suited for Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, Twitter and blogs. It also has various features such as fonts, texts, styles and filters.

PicMonkey also boasts of great features that allow users to customize images according to their personal preferences. It has icons, graphics, filters and designs that can be used to create social media images.

Install Mobile Apps

Those who frequently use their smartphones should also take advantage of the various apps that can help you create and enhance mobile images. Many of these apps can even produce a quote or tweak an image in a matter of minutes.

Some great mobile apps to use are the Word Swag, Videohance, Over and Little Moments.

Create Instagram Videos

Creating videos is a breeze today particularly if you’re using Instagram. For businesses that want to promote their products or services, share an interesting story or showcase their team, a 15-second video would be appropriate. This way, you don’t have to spend time and money producing a long one on YouTube.

With videos, you can do so many things to market your business. You can do a short interview with a customer or fan, make a teaser of an upcoming event, create a quick tutorial or introduce a new member of your team.

Post an Image Daily

When posting images, you can do it just once a day. Keep in mind that consistency is very important so remember to post on several social networking sites at the same time using a single original image.

Other than posting your original images, you can also share visual content from websites, blogs, social networking sites and Facebook pages. You can schedule them using the free scheduling tools available online.
